HMT advised the shareholders of Profiles Resource Management Limited (“PRM”) on the sale to Hotgroup Plc.

PRM provides outsourced recruitment services to some of the UK’s leading employers.

Led by Partner Bruce Morrison and assisted by Senior Manager Dave Cutts, HMT identified Hotgroup Plc as a potential purchaser and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the vendors.

Dave Cutts of HMT commented “We were pleased to identify Hotgroup Plc as the purchaser, since it enabled the shareholders to achieve their aim. Both shareholders were able to realise their shareholdings, with Joan Peddie being retained in the short term and Sue Brooks remaining as Managing Director of PRM.”
