Notability Infrastructure, the Frimley based IBM reseller, has been sold to its management for £4.15 million.

The management team was lead by Steve Ellis and Dave Harper with funding from Barclay Ventures, Beringea and Barclays Bank.

HMT was appointed to undertake the financial due diligence. Andrew Thomson, the partner who led the team said, “HMT has regularly acted for both Barclay Ventures and Beringea and we were delighted to be instructed on this transaction. Although Notability Infrastructure is a well organised and managed business, as a result of a pre-sale group re-organisation whereby this division was hived off, the due diligence process was far from straight forward and the invariable time pressure did give rise to a few late nights for the HMT team.”
